I have ben trying to make arrangements out of Nashville for two months now. I have some free Delta bump certificates from last years convention and need to use them up. Continental and US Air have $153 rates good thru August. The Big Boys including Delta only go thru Jun 6th. Best rate on Delta is like $350. Now the question is do I book the cheap rate and pay cash or hope Delta's rates come down??
