As always, I try to take a neutral stance. I supported no one... I just felt the written facts were being skewed. However, I do believe each incident is independent of past performances. If in a previous incident someone was found derelict of their duties, it doesn't mean that they're always derelict of their duties. If a pattern is formed, then yes... they are derelict.
I was only addressing this one issue.
P.S. From time-to-time, you may even see me "agree" with both sides of an issue. I always try to maintain a neutral stance in every discussion. If I believe an issue is "gray" and someone tries to "force" their views on others, I have been known to be the devils advocate. I believe everyone should see all sides of the argument and make an educated decision... not be swayed be a single person's opinion.
