I like it that the only criteria is that the chip be issued in that year from a casino for gaming purposes. Also that any member can submit a nomination and vote for the chip of their choice.
Small committe, single set of criteria, appointed by the BOD. What a setup for exclusion of membership participation and possible bias toward a certain category / type of chip. Leave it wide open for full membership participation. It is our OTY award and I want to participate. Paul
