The name of the company was Vegas Chips, they were a local maker of potato chips. And the robbery turned out to be a scam.

The story goes that the delivery driver was robbed by two guys that thought the van was full of casino chips. He happened to have about $1000 on him from earlier deliveries and they took that.

After an investigation, it turns out the driver made up the story. He had a gambling problem and gambled away the money. He, like many others, played the "poor little me" role in court and actually blamed Vegas Chips for his gambling problem. He said it was company policy for them to have their drivers keep the cash overnight and turn it in the next day. That's what led to his gambling problem.

It's a good thing this loser wasn't in the Club, he would have probably sued us for making him go into casinos to collect chips!!
