I am not aware of a website that has Puerto Rico chip catalog information. I know of only two Puerto Rico chip books - Archie Black's and Al Rollins'. Archie's book was fairly complete when it was published several years ago. Archie does not have any copies left and you can only get them from other collectors. Al Rollins' book only has obsolete chips, but some pictures of rare chips I haven't seen before. I heard that Archie may be coming out with a new edition.
