Now of course, we don't know it was Dean in the coffee shop, but Dean is considered an "expert" in this area. It is my belief that Dean NEVER bought these chips because he thought they were errors or actual chips from the casinos, but because his collection was so extensive, only these rare "off-chips" were left to enhance his amazing collection.
