I too worked for Steve Wynn in A.C. (no, I didn't get a car ). If your explanation of "The actual reason" is true, I wonder what effect destroying old chips by the casino at the same time they issue new chips would have on their record-keeping requirement. Also, if your explanation is fact, the 4-Queens and Fiestas and Mahoney's, etc. of the world should be in the poor house from all of the LE's and Commems they have issued. Just wondering. Chuck T.
