OK, here's another stupid question from me: on the COTY ballot, there's spaces for what, 5 chips? Does this mean that you're putting equal voting weight on all 5, or is the chip you list as #1 your top choice? Do all 5 votes go into the hat equally and whoever gets the most (regardless of what number they are on the ballot), wins? Thanks in advance for clearing this up!! I have several I want to vote for...
