Two quick points --

1) I wasn't criticizing Jill's analogy, I truly don't get it. That is, I don't see how it relates to the brass core decision. Maybe I am just brain dead today, but it simply doesn't sound analogous to what I know to have happened.

2) I'm not about to tell you to shut up. As you'll see when I post my thoughts on the Mel Jung article, I think you made one of the two most perceptive posts we've seen on the issue.
