Larry; That's why the membership elects a Board every couple of years... to enact or draft policy and enforce the Constitution and ByLaws. The matter of awarding tables to slabbers is a prime example of policy established by the Board and not by the membership. The platform of the candidates is a good barometer of what policy they will enact if elected.... provided they do what they promised they would do... which has not been the case.

The membership does not vote on every issue that comes up during the routine daily business of this club. The elected Board does that.
