I mailed 40 packages on 12/30. Two were damaged, one is still missing. One was delivered 1/31, a full month late. More than a third of them took over two weeks. I was told that some distribution centers have new high speed "flat" sorters that now get a lot of the bubble mailers sent through them. I think they call that progress. It was recommended to me that I write "Hand Stamp Only" on my packages.
