What I'm saying is that the Circus Circus is manufacturing couterfeit NFL merchandise. The chip, as a chip, is legit. But it's not a legit NFL product. It is a counterfeit NFL product. just like a counterfeit pair of Levis is still a pair of pants, but it's a counterfeit pair of Levis. If you owned a clothing store, and bought a pair of jeans in good faith thinking Levis made them, but they were in fact made by me in my basement sweat shop, you would be liable. If you later learned I made them, and continued to sell them with the LEvis trademark on them, you'd be in even bigger trouble. And make no mistake about it, the words "Super Bowl" are a Trademark of the NFL, and their use CLEARLY implies that the NFL is affiliated with any product (other than a legitimate news story) that bears their name.

Again, I'm just explaining the state of the law.
