I agree 100%! Like I said in an earlier post........They are SELLING the chips out of the cage to collectors NOT leasing them to us. Once they sell them WE then own the chips. The signs posted are a throwback from years ago WAY before LE's came into play & long before the Casinos knew there were chip collectors. We will NEVER see a Casino take a collector to court to try & get an LE chip back.
