when a formal complaint is filed, not only is the Club responsible for looking in to it (i.e., do an an investigation), but that the Club in fact does perform an investigation.

Jim Pierre is the individual reponsible for this, and although I am in no position to be aware of what investigations are being conducted, I do believe that every complaint given him does get investigated.

This particular situation will only become a matter of investigation if a Club member submits a Claim against another Club member.

I suspect however, that you are intimating that the Club does not meet it's investigative responsibility. I, on the other hand, disagree.

I am gratefull that we live in a society that allows you and I to disagree and still remain civil.
