Jim P. (aka: Mr. "P"), are you talking to Jim R. (aka: the Former Claims Director) or me (Jim F., aka: (too many to list))? After all, you posted a response to my (Jim F.) post, but it was Jim R. who used the "R" word first.

But then I see that the other Jim P. (as in Pierre, aka: the current Claims Director) also posted a message within this thread, so maybe, just maybe you are talking to him (the other Jim P.).

Wow, I'm glad I keep my Club membership card with at all times so I can be sure which Jim I am.
