then I re-read the letter Pete received. I guess as long as it remains unlicensed, they have the right and ability to take action against the present owners. I think it's unlikely (especially since they've only asked Pete for an accounting, not to return his remaining stock). But it does appear that they've asked for a full accounting, which I'm assuming includes who purchased the chips?
