I only made mentioned of my agreement with Allan's assessment of this chip as unknown for the following reason. I noticed that you placed a bid on this chip on ebay. The seller, Dean Clark, attributed this chip to the Log Cabin Club in Hawthorne, Nevada. The $50.00 starting bid that you placed would indicate to me that you believed this to be factual.

The only picture that I've seen of the Log Cabin Club in Hawthorne, Nevada, did not contain the word 'Club' anywhere on the building or it's signage. However, the Arodie chip attributed to Hawthorne that you mentioned is hot stamped Log Cabin Club. However, matchbooks, ashtrays or glassware might contain the word 'Club'?
