Thanks for the tips and tricks on my initialed cases!
Tried tooth paste (thanks Bob ) but the dang gels aren't the same as the old sand-n-buff pastes

And unfortunately, I didn't have most of the chemicals people suggested (must be a kid and dog thing ) so I tried the strongest thing I found in my house... nail polish remover (with acetone, Aloe and Vitamin E to nourish the plastic) and a Q-tip.

Good enough for me!!

There are some surface streaks - but I find this less annoying than the meaningless white letters!
They may clean up with a second run with a Q-tip and a soft cloth...
