The olders ones were all mis-spelled (they are usually the very worn chips). They got the name correct on the reorder, and those chips tend to be in much better shape.
HOWEVER, consider this thought---perhaps the "error" was done intentionally on the original order so that there would be less of a chance of a lawsuit in case Caesars had ever decided to come after Little Caesars over the name useage?
