The following was my comment:

The expression is an old entertainer comment. In the old days entertainers would open their act at a new club. Individuals would inquire "How's the kid doing?" The manager would say: " I told him not to send his laundry out, he wouldn't be around to claim it". It meant he would be fired! I should have realized indivuduals who are younger than I am would not have gotten the expression. God! everyone is starting to be younger than I am!!!

Also Larry because Jim Pierre and I disagree about something doesn't make us enemies. We share our feelings about topics involving chip collecting, club politics, etc. I'm sorry it distressed you. I will remove it so no one else will mis-understand.
