I am no expert, but to the best of my knowledge, any major Vegas casino has chips up to and including $25,000. I recently asked a Sahara pit boss if they carried "pumpkins" ($25,000 chips) and he said they had some, but they were all kept in the cage. The Sahara is notoriously low-roller. The Palms, on the other hand, has a serious high-roller element (they are stealing rock stars and movie stars from the Hard Rock at a serious rate -- thanks to Gene and Jimmy Tipton I assume). So I would guess they would have chips of at least the standard $25,000 max on hand. Of course the London club has much higher chips (or plaques) and I'm sure many others do as well.

I await Gene's intellignet response. I am just offering a Vegas newcomer's understanding of the game.
