Almost all investigations and grievances are handled quietly & internally by myself as Claims Director or by the Board of Directors. I have resolved several disputes between members during my term. These actions are known only to those involved, myself and the BOD. However, when a member is expelled, or other significant events occur, the BOD, in response to membership requests, issues a report of the actions taken and the reasons for those actions. Then, as is the priveledge in a free society, those who disagree have a right to voice their opinions. That is part of a democratic organization. I, too, have a problem when the disagreement gets personal and/or is filled with misrepresentations and innuendo.
I took the "laundry" remark to refer to my tenure as Claims Director and not a threat. "Mr P", for all our disagreements, is not that sort of fellow.
Please understand that the frequent posters on the Boards represent only about 10% of our hobby. The rest are generally pretty nice folks (or else they can't read).
