HP has 2 pages of tech support on this problem...
Found a tiny hidden MS WORD preference tucked away in options (and trust me... I LOOKED. 3? 4 times??) that had reversed my order and that box changed printing order for EVERYTHING. (QKBOOKS, Excel, Chip Explorer... EVERYTHING!)

I THINK I have it fixed! Thanks Richard for reminding me that tech support doesn't have to mean a $50 phone call. I found web support to be so sorely lacking (years ago), I stopped trying to use it.

WHEW! I was getting worried... only had a week before before next payday!
