From her page - she reports she rec'd this letter from :

"Thanks for your email. I came in this morning and thought I would check to see how your auction was doing. To my surprise I discovered that it had been ended by one of the reps on my team. I'm sincerely sorry for this mistake. I have since reinstated the auction where it appears on the site as an ended auction.

The good news in all of this is that listing fees were credited to your account and no final value fees will be charged to you :) Since the auction shows as ended, I would encourage you to contact the high bidder and try and complete the transaction.

The link to original auction is below. They've blocked the winner and bid history (it was up to 10 million dollars) and there's no record of retractions, cancellations, or who was "booted".
