Gotta be a sample, I believe the Bally's is the only one I've seen that was ever used in a casino. Mikohn always seems to have some sort of gimmic going. I'm cutting and pasting the eBay blurb from the '99 auction I bought this chip from. Any other info please!

Because the chips were expensive, you couldn't walk with the chips but had to cash them in at the table for regular house chips.
