Ha Ha! Someone who has a memory and knows what they are doing should write the book. (that excludes me)

It could include all the Tribal casinos and be a nice subject, or for all I care, just those East of the Mississippi, but considering MN is the other side, Nevada has them, and some have already come and gone, in the West, it would be a welcome guide.

It just seems that every subject, even other countries and islands, have books, but here in the frozen North, no one cares. (whine...)

The best picture guide I know of, is right here on Greg's pages, but Janice O'Neal had a wonderful list she sold, which included details, opening dates, and numbered them. I don't know if it's still available. (I only have the Wisconsin section)
