I save my collection as an html file. My collection has grown now to over 1500 enties and the saved html file is at 560K ! This has become a problem now on my website because of slow loading times for people with dial up web access. Its easy to do even with excel 97. Just hit file, then save as html. If the function isnt there, you may need to put your micro Soft office cd back in and load what they call html wizard. That was the case with me. I didnt have the html save function in my drop down file menu. I had to look it up in the maual and discovered that i was missing the wizard. Once I installed the html wizard, the function appeared on my file drop down menu.
