I'm glad you like the book. The cutoff date for inclusion in the 3rd edition was 09/30/01. I do a new edition every 18 months. The next edition will include all chips up to 03/31/03 and will be available sometime in May.

The other chips you mention are all Indian Casinos or Day Cruises and aren't included in the book.
