I was just wondering if any one knows this person: Rita Dytoco, her e-mail address is paris1108@hotmail.com. I payed her $250.00 through paypal for the chili pepper set, but she hasn't sent me the set nor has she refunded my money.

Is there any thing I can do besides filing a compaint on Ebay to either get the set or get my money back?
