What is the advice when we know for sure a casino is going/about to close? What happened when Vacation Village closed? Is there a 60 day grace period after a casino closes to cash in chips? My guess on how to play it is to cash in every chip over a $5 and buy dollar chips?

Any advice on the Horseshoe and their troubles? Will we pretty much know before hand if a casino is going to close or be taken over?
