I've not see a brown one, Jeff, but there's a black one from Mr Sy's that has the markings you list. It's catalog 507.0 in the Nevada Promo Token book. 40 mm in diameter. The reverse has NO CASH VALUE in place of MR. SY's LAS VEGAS.
