I always use a 000 bubble mailer and if there is more than one chip, I keep the bubble mailers I recieved and cut them into single chip size. I then tape the chip in the little square of old bubble mailer. Now I can mail 2-6 chips in a single bubble mailer and know they are double protected from most enviroments they will see. Yes I know they still have to go thru USPO.
