There was a kiosk that sold 911/NYPD type stuff on the second floor of the Rio. (Across from the Pretzle place. Last time I was there the pretzle place was giving out free samples of their cinnamon pretzle!! Mmmm they were good! :o) ) That kiosk is closed now at the Rio. I know it was still open in late July of 2002.

To the person that defended the World Trade Center Chips.. I didn't say it was wrong. I didn't say that any of this was wrong, I was only trying to find the shades of grey in the arguement.
