Is there any special way that one mails out a chip or two, or three, to a buyer? Do you basically just put it in some bubble wrap and stick it in an envelope?
Also, should a $5-Flamingo Hilton Elvis Presley chip be auctioned off when it's his birthday, or would they go for a decent price at anytime?
(Still trying to learn the ropes before selling) :-)
