I'm actually glad to read that you've had good experiences with him. I'm glad that he leaves feedback before you do. It sounds like he's doing some things different than he did 3 years ago. That's good. At that time, if I'd been a new collector, my experience with him might have driven me out of the hobby....I don't want others to go through that.
