I think the posts are very valuable as alerts. With this type of information and some common sense, we can all become more educated buyer/traders.

As I see it, the only person who can get hurt by this type of dialog is the one who caused the problem to begin with.

If some idividuals don't like the negativity, maybe they would prefer to be part of a bad deal instead.
