I didn't realize casinos had a problem with people checking UVs. I suppose you could buy a rack of chips, take them with you to a one of the restaurants or diners, and look at them there before cashing in the ones you don't want. If you don't have too many chips, the restroom might be a nice private place to look at them. Just don't drop them.
