...and I agree that dwelling on negativity is fruitless. On the other hand, it is valuable to learn from others trading experiences that posts like these offer.

Perhaps we should all know to insure an expensive mailing. Perhaps we occassionaly assume a mailing will be insured. If the awareness from this posts reminds us to inquire about insurance, then some good can come amidst the negativity and perhaps prevent some future repeats of this unfortunate incidence.

Bottom line is: this newbie does not get scared off from these posts, but rather learns from it. I hope other newbies agree.
