I didn't say I agreed with the use of a filter... I just asked, "Isn't that why ISPs install filters." Heck, I worked with a client named Jakov Phuck. I don't agree with limitations to any of our perceived rights, but with the litigious world in which we live, we need to either manage allowable litigation or give up some of our freedoms to regain some sense of normalcy. There is no easy answer and there is no right answer. I just don't believe eBay's feedback system is a feasible tool as it stands today (and will continue to degradate as time goes by).
I've even belonged to forums that had a mediator review all messages before the general public got to read them... kinda like the 5-second-delay we've all become accustomed to on TV.
