I think I got my 2003 Palms chips the day the dollar Bingo Ellie chip came out. I am pretty sure I went in the afternoon the day the dollar Bingo Ellie came out. I think they said they had 300 Bingo Ellie chips left, but they were all gone not much longer after that. I was surprised that they had 2003 chips, as I wasn't aware that they were out. Perhaps they got them in early and weren't going to release them until 2003?
