Staying out of the personal politics, and just concentrating on the issue of who can and can't use the Club name on their site, keep in mind that anyone can post a link to any site they want. People also have a right to receommend the Club, describe it, etc, in text that accompanies that link. Use of the club logo in such a link, however, is a differetn story, and the club should work hard to assure that their logo is only used on sites where they approve of the content and the product. Failure to do so could result in the club losing the rights to its own logo somewhere down the line.
