It's only a "good thing" if it happens immediately after the casino closes (in the case of the Dunes which prompted this thread). It's a "bad thing" if it happens YEARS after the casino closes and those that paid "big bucks" for the few that were out there before the flood gates opened get "burned".......

Just a thought......BTW, quoting a phrase from Martha Stewart may NOT be a "good thing" to do anymore considering her latest 'escapades'???
