Eldorado in Reno uses acrylic plaques.

Those are the only Nevada clubs I know for sure used them. However, I suspect many of the strip casinos use plaques for their very high denomination play, usually in baccarat. I believe the million dollar Aladdin (London Club) plaque was shown in the club magazine.
