Paul-Son Gaming Corp., a Las Vegas-based casino table game equipment manufacturer and supplier, said it

completed the merger of its subsidiary, the Bud Jones Co. and another subsidiary, Paul-Son Gaming Supplies

effective Dec. 31.

In a statement, Paul-Son said the companies now operate from one location in Las Vegas. Paul-Son acquired the

Bud Jones Co. in September as part of a merger with Etablissements Bourgogne et Grasset S.A., a Beaune,

France, supplier of chips, roulette wheels, displays, layouts, tables and other equipment.

Paul-Son Gaming also said it discontinued it s Authentic Products division, which previously sold generic gaming

supplies to noncasinos
