I have two different MC Lcrown chips.
One is the AZ chip and a 2nd one is a walk in sale at TR King. I will upload scans when I get home. The MC's are a little different.
I have not seen the one with TBD on the back.

The SS Monte Carlo MC is a bogus ID.
