First, find one of these business reply envelopes or post cards that comes with junk mail and has the return postage guarenteed. Next, tape it to a brick that is neatly wrapped in brown wrapping paper. Then deposit it in your nearest mail box. As far as I know, the USPS has to deliver and the junk mail sender has to pay for it.
This is something that going around college campuses in the anti-establishment 1970's.
