There are no other casinos close by the Oxnard area. The Santa Ynez has been the Chumash Casino since 1998. It is north of Santa Barbara by about 30 minutes. There is a card room in Ventura called The Players Club. If you come south into LA, you will find several card rooms. That would be more than an hour and one half drive each way without traffic.
