These fractionals existed in the same quantity and when the Casino of the Sun closed their poker room (the first time) these and all other denominations (including NCV's) were sold at face from the cage. An employee immediately bought all the fractionals for home use.

This 25 cent chip is in excellent condition, but I need the 50 cent version.
