Eldorado has some of those new blackjack tables that read the edge inserts on the chips. The cameras aren't in the rails, they're in the edge of the dealer's tray. Nobody puts nothing between the dealer and the chips ! The dealer also puts the deck of cards in a recessed area before dealing. The stack of cards is offset to the side a very small amount, and the machine can read all of the cards from the edge. It knows the order of the deck before they're dealt!
