The last comment is bigger than any Feedback issue, i.e., the suit is asking for "DBA" (Doing Business As) identification through the State (California) vs. screen names, and for the State to collect sales tax.

Just imagine if a ruling passes. Then imagine if it passes and is retroactive. eBay has all of it's past transactions recorded. Many sellers could get a heck of a bill from California!
